So, for a good weight loss, try to include walking on a daily basis in your routine.
Some more tips for walking are:
- Initially, don’t choose a lot of time for it. May be 15-20 minutes would be enough for the first 5-6 days. But, when you think of walking, stick to it always that you have to walk regularly for like 15 minutes. Just make a promise to you.
- Gradually increase the distance. You can choose an increment of 10-15 minutes after every 4-5 days.
- While walking follow the same pattern and speed.
- Walk comfortably. Don’t make your body stretched throughout.
- The ideal walk is to get 5-6 kilometers an hour.
Eat light at night
It is another very good weight loss tip. Try to have your meal 3 hours before going to sleep. If you want to have something at night, keep the calories low. Try having protein with carbohydrates and something rich in fiber. Having high calorie meals at night increases your weight a lot.
Avoid less or no nutrition food
Be selective while having your meal. Keep an eye on your daily intakes and cut off the meal that has no nutritional value. This will drastically help you lose weight and stones of fat from your body. Foods like chips, chicken nuggets, fried food, fizzy drinks etc all tend to increase your weight. For an effective diet and weight loss, try your level best to exclude as much of the low nutrition and high calorie food as you can.

Another advice that I can give you is not to think of losing 50lbs a day. It’s obvious that things develop in a little time. The process is slow. Even for celebrities who have their own trainers, it takes time. You’re no special.
