Drink a lot of water

By drinking about 8 ounces a day, you’ll not only lose a lot of weight but it will help you consume less food by making your appetite less and also it’ll help you getting a glowing skin and getting rid of pimples and acnes.

Don’t ever skip meals

It’s another tip for you if you want to lose good amount of weight and fat. Eat 5 times a day. By 5 times, I don’t mean you should eat heavy meals each time, but you must eat some small meals in between the two. Starvation also increases body fat.

Keep an eye on what you eat

Watch carefully for everything that goes in. avoid foods having no or less nutritional value and opt for the food that has some nutritional value as well as are low in calories. Just say NO to fruit juices because it’s the same as fruit with fiber removed from it. Most of the juices are heavily flooded with sugar. Go for the real fruit instead.

Exercise

Most weight loss plans require 30-60 minutes exercise daily for a healthy life. Try your level best to work out everyday. This will help cutting off inches from your body. In fact, not only it is excellent for weight loss, exercise always prevents heart diseases, cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Avoid crash diets

Most of the girls nowadays prefer starvation when it comes to losing weight. Well, this is not going to help you anyway. Starving not only causes your appetite to get increased, but it also causes certain weaknesses like dehydration, low blood pressure, anxiety etc.

Keep a record

Just maintain a small notebook and record what you eat the whole day. This seems to be something unimportant but it actually works very well. It helps you keep track of what you eat. Once you’ve completed the record, ask your dietician to give you some suggestions and advice in that.

Get a sound sleep

Your sleep is essential in losing weight. Try having 8-10 hours of sound and deep sleep. Researchers have found that good sleep results in an efficient and quick weight loss.

Eat only when you’re hungry

Many women and girls tend to have meals even when they’re not hungry. And it becomes the main reason of gaining a lot of fat. Try to reduce portions of your meals and increase the intake frequency.

Spicy food

Researches prove that chilies help in reducing weight quickly. Add as much of spice and chilies to your meal as possible. But don’t intake too much of chilies or else it will have some adverse effects on your health.

Eat season foods and veggies

The fact that many girls don’t like fruits and veggies is that they probably have them when these are out of season. Try picking up fruits and vegetables that are in the season. Season fruits and vegetables help you lose weight and maintain a good body shape.
